Insurance Based Care
MindHelp Therapeutics offers insurance-based psychiatric services through select partner platforms, including Headway, Alma, and Grow Therapy.
Insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and eligibility are determined by your individual insurance plan and the platform through which care is scheduled. Insurance availability may vary by state and platform.
Insurance participation is subject to change based on platform availability and payer updates.
Headway- Insurances Accepted
Insurance-based psychiatric services are available through Headway for patients located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and New Jersey. Coverage and eligibility are determined by your individual plan and verified through the Headway platform.

Fee-for-Service (Private Pay)
Patients who prefer to pay privately may schedule fee-for-service appointments directly through MindHelp Therapeutics. This option offers additional flexibility and continuity of care outside of insurance-based structures.
Private Pay Rates
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60–75 minutes): $300
Follow-Up Medication Management (25–30 minutes): $175
Extended or Complex Follow-Up Visits: $200
All private pay fees are reviewed prior to scheduling to ensure clarity and transparency, and payment is due at the time of service.

Administrative Services & Paperwork Fees
Administrative requests require clinical review, documentation, and professional time outside of scheduled appointments. The following firm fees apply per form:
Disability paperwork / Medical certification forms: $100 per form
FMLA documentation: $50 per form
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters: $100 per letter
Employer, school, or academic accommodation forms: $100 per form
Formal letters, record review, or documentation outside of visits: $50 -$100 per request

Paperwork is completed for established patients only
Completion of forms or letters is not guaranteed and is based on clinical appropriateness and medical necessity
Fees apply regardless of outcome or third-party approval
Additional requests require separate fees

Paperwork Processing Timeframe
- Administrative paperwork requests are processed within 10 business days.
- Paperwork is not completed on an urgent or expedited basis. Fees apply regardless of outcome, approval, or third-party determination.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect provider time and patient access to care, appointments require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in a fee
